timed test that evaluates cognitive ability – the single greatest
predictor of job success. The Personnel Test accurately measures a
candidate’s ability to learn a specific job, solve problems, understand
instructions, and apply knowledge to new situations. |

A three-part battery that determines speed and accuracy with alphanumeric data. The first
part is comprised of three 4-minute tests, measuring numeric and alphabetical speed,
accuracy, and detail orientation. The second part includes a timed typing and 10-key test,
